Policies & Procedures

Please provide a minimum of 24 HOURS NOTICE if you cannot make it to your appointment, I will happily reschedule your booking. Late cancellations and no-shows impact the running of my business and make it unfair for clients booked after you and for those that could have booked during your time slot.

After two (2) consecutive no-shows/late cancellations, client will NOT be rebooked.

To receive the absolute most out of your experience, PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME. I take much pride in the work that I do and the service that my clients receive, late arrival may result in a rushed experience. After 15 minutes, your appointment will automatically be marked as a no-show.

Additionally, it is recommended that you arrive NO MORE THEN 10 MINUTES EARLIER than your appointment time.

Beauty by Jules has a NO REFUND policy on completed services. Free fix-ups/touch-ups are offered for 48 hours following your appointment. The full service fee will apply outside of this period.
