No-show & Cancellation Policy

As a solo operator, each appointment is carefully scheduled to give you my full attention. Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations impact my ability to offer quality service to all clients.

NO-SHOW POLICY

- First no-show: a friendly reminder will be sent

- Second no-show: 50% fee of the missed service applies

- Third no-show: 100% fee applies, and future bookings may require a non-refundable deposit​

CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

Please provide at LEAST 24 HOURS notice to cancel or reschedule. Less than 24 hours' notice may result in a 50% cancellation fee.

Beauty by Jules has a NO REFUND policy on completed services. Complimentary touch-ups are offered for 48 hours following your appointment. The full service fee will apply outside of this period.
